Capuchinos & Private terrace by ELE Apartments

Apartament ładny, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, położony blisko centrum. Niewątpliwym atutem jest duży taras, który pozwala mile spędzać czas wieczorem.

The apartment was beautiful, tasteful in design and in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main centre. The terrace was super and provided both sun and shade. Bed was comfy. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to requests for towels and replacement items. On arrival a few things were broken (e.g. iron, toilet flush) and most of these small issues were dealt with immediately. The dishwasher remained broken throughout the trip and the outside lights didn't work, but these were not big problems for me

I was there for a month, so would have appreciated having spare towels and changes of linen already at the apartment, instead of having to ask each time. There was a vacuum and brush etc, but I would have liked there to be cleaning materials (detergent etc) so I could clean the bathroom and kitchen during my stay.

Superb sunny terrace which is the best feature of this fourth storey apartment. Clean throughout. 20 minute walk from the main tourist sights.

Instructions needed to clearer to access the property and especially important to be told that the key found inside the apartment is needed to get back in through the outside street level gate.

Die Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Der Tisch am Sofa ist echt kaputt, die Küche ist sehr spärlich bestückt, die Dusch-Konstruktion ist echt kaputt und fällt bald von der Wand (einfach unpassend groß in der Dusche!) Der Balkon ist echt super, aber der Rasen-Teppich muss gerichtet werden. Stolpergefahr vom feinsten. In der Wohnung gab es keine Polsterung für den die Möbel auf der Terrasse. Und das aller blödeste war, als wir vor dem Auszug die Bettwäsche abzogen und die Decke gesehen haben. Das ist so nicht in Ordnung, ekelhafte Flecken. Eine Reinigung wäre hier dringend notwendig. Fazit: tolle Wohnung, aber echt nicht schön eingerichtet und alles sehr verkommen und lieblos. Schade! Das geht echt besser, nur paar Handgriffe und es soft für freundliche Atmosphäre. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen perfekt.
