Verga Sunset Villa - Ilia Seascape Private Retreat

The apartment/villa is located on the first floor with easy access directly from the driveway. The interior is tastefully decorated, clean, and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The balcony offers a beautiful view over the Messinian Gulf—an ideal spot to relax and watch the sunset. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute drive from Kalamata city centre, which makes it peaceful while still being close to everything. Katerina, our host located on the ground floor, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She welcomed us with homemade cakes and cookies, and even surprised us with more during our visit. It truly made the experience feel warm and personal.

The sliding balcony doors and the external kitchen door (both accessible from the property) didn’t appear to lock from the inside. That said, we didn’t raise it with our host, as the property felt safe enough.

Magnificent home overlooking the bay and the best sunsets. This house will satisfy even the most demanding taste. Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher, exquisite dishes, view terrace, beautiful furniture. Well appointed, large, area with a garden. The owner of the house, Katerina, deserves special attention, she is very attentive, responsive, always ready to help. Thank you very much Katerina! We will definitely be back!
