Kingsgate, is a Wyndham owned and managed property which offers you assurance of quality accommodations. Condo is a 3 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 2br deluxe with 2 baths next to a smaller 1br suite with a single bath. In addition, each side of the combined condos has living and kitchen areas which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side.
There is an interior door connecting the two condos as well as an exterior entrance to each condo. Take a look a the floorplan to see what you are getting.
Kingsgate resort charges a $13 per day per condo (not per person) amenities fee. This covers all resort amenities. You will pay this fee when you check in.
Please understand that all photos are representative of the condos at Wyndham Kingsgate. All 3 bedroom condos are essentially the same in floorplan, size and decor. The actual 3 bedroom unit in this listing will be assigned at the resort the week of your arrival. Kingsgate is but one of the 80+ Wyndham resorts.

Unit was great even if furniture somewhat outdated. Was still in nice condition.Very closely located to eating establishments. Also centally located for touring.Highly recommend this condo.

Because I was in a hurry to complete my first review....I felt I should come back as our first night was upsetting.
I was not given information concerning which floor was being rented to us. Nothing I remembered listed that. One of our adult children has multiple health issues and mentioned to me did I get a first floor. I called 2 or 3 days before our arrival and asked what floor we were on. After being told upper, I asked if we could do the ground floor and was told they would try to fix that for us, which they did. Shortly after our arrival we went to eat so we were back by 7pm. We heard lots of activity of people upstairs, squeaky floors and loud running and thumps. This went on till 10pm. During the night at various times more squeaky noises. Fortunately this renter left the next day. We inquired just out of curiosity if the upstairs noises had continued would/could they have done anything to
request a calmer quieter evening, they said no. So beware of squeaky floors that go thump in the night!!!!!!!!!
