Ferienwohnung Raabe

De recreatiewoning was veel groter dan verwacht. De bedden waren prima, de keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, incl. koffiezetter, magnetron, koelkast, kookplaat etc. De woning heeft een prima badkamer met een prettige douche. De auto kon achter het hek geparkeerd worden en de tuin was volledig omheind. Heerlijk rustige locatie met heel veel privacy!

Die Ferienwohnung Raabe ist super toll! In der Wohnung gibt es viel Platz, das Bett ist sehr bequem, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geräten und Küchen-Utensilien. Was wir besonders gut finden ist, dass in der Küche die Grundausstattung, Gewürze, Öl, Essig zur Verfügung stehen. Die Wohnung überzegt auch mit der fantastischen Lage. Die Geilerlay-Brücke ist in 8 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Mosel in 14 Minuten. Burg Elz in helber Stunde. Und so weiter! Bei der nächsten Gelegenheit werden wir hier bestimmt viel länger bleiben. Es war toll hier, danke schön, liebe Familie Raabe!!!

Der Aufenthalt ist viel zu kurz gewesen! 😍

Gräumige Ferienwohnung, Esszimmer-Küche, Schlaf-, Wohn- und Badezimmer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. War Alleine unterwegs, FeWo ist aber sehr Familienfreundlich - 2 Kinderbetten vorhanden. FeWo lag zentral für meine 3 letzten Mosel-Radtour Etappen - Bullay nach Koblenz.

Proximity to points of interest in the area

Our experience was very different from what was described in the previous reviews. We booked the apartment for 4 people. Inquired about sleeping places. Sent 2 emails via booking.com (no answer). Sent messages via booking.com (answered several weeks later just a few days before arrival that there were places 4). We didn't receive any check-in and parking information in advance. Since on booking.com it says someone will meet us on location we assumed this would be the case. However after driving more than 5 hours we arrived just after 6pm to find the house dark and no obvious place to park. We called and was told to park on the other side of the road. The apartment is on the upstairs of an uninhabited part of the house annex accessible via an outdoor staircase with a small landing. The stairs were covered in snow and ice, very slippery. One of us fell while carrying things from the car. The apartment was essentially a corridor divided into kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a living room. The owner set 3 electronic heaters in the kitchen, bathroom and living room (Thank you). However since downstairs is uninhabited it was still very cold, especially the bedroom in which there was no heater. If someone needs the bathroom the other side of the apartment is not accessible. Despite having booked for 4 people, we found only 3 sleeping places prepared, 2 small hand towels and only half a toilet paper roll. Luckily after contacting the owner 2 more small towels, toilet rolls and bedding were brought up (Thank you). The couch folds open but it was not really a sofabed and not comfortable to sleep on. There were only thin blankets in the apartment. We slept in several layers of clothing because we were cold. Only in the second half of the night the apartment was finally warmed up by the electronic heaters. Upon check-out we were asked to leave cash payment on the kitchen table. We didn't meet the owner again. Other payment methods were not possible.
