*Full bathroom with tub+shower and private washer/dryer
*All utilities provided including large screen TV plus Internet/WiFi
*Nearby historic sites, gold panning, dog mushing, natural hot springs, arctic cultural events, river or ice fishing, ice sculptures, and lots more! Owner is a long-time resident and retired teacher with plenty of local knowledge and suggestions
*optional addition of 2nd yurt and next door rental house for larger groups

*Use of SHARED outdoor hot tub (4 person limit) through a short trail to main house,nwithin usage guidelines listed in guest handbook. Guidelines must be adhered to in order to avoid additional cleaning fees.
* four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive is needed during the winter months (September -April)
*Must be 25+ to make a reservation.
*NO parties/events! In consideration of our other in-site guests and neighbors, booked guest count will be strictly enforced at all times.

Such a fun family get away. Kids loved the yurt and thoughtful little items to anticipate our needs. If we are ever in Fairbanks this is where we would stay.

I set this up for my parents to stay over Christmas. They really enjoyed the stay. Very beautiful surroundings and a warm cozy yurt

We didn't use the hot tub. The host brought a blender for us to use for morning smoothies. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped.
