Check out our beautiful 1 bedroom oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. Private balcony has amazing ocean sunrise views! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Large 65" Flat Screen in living room and New LG flat screen in bedroom. Free Youtube TV, Netflix, Prime, HBO, Max and FS Sports included along with WIFI and DVD! Lots of board games and books for family fun!

Great little place for a long weekend getaway with the wife. Enjoyed having a short walk on to the beach and being in close proximity to some good eating spots on IOP. Comfortable living room area and a nice ocean view from the balcony. Nice convenience of beach chairs provided. Glenn was very responsive to messages provided all necessary info prior to checking in. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Glenn!

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. It had everything we needed for this trip. Very close to the beach for morning runs, swimming and beach combing. The pool was clean and warm.

This is an awesome condo! We fully enjoyedour stay on IOP! Perfect location with a great view. The condo is very nice and within walking distance to beach, shops , restaurants and Ben and Jerry’s ( our favorite). Check in/ check out process was very easy, Glenn was very easy to communicate with. The complimentary Hint waters were a nice treat. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone and look forward to staying there again!
