Very comfortable apartment and very convenient for Voiran Station

Spacious, well equipped, good TV package, open and airy. Sofa bed was comfortable. Information clear.

Spiral staircase to the apartment felt a little dark and tricky although luckily there was a lift available.

Nice apartment, nice location

The unit is newly renovated and very clean.

The building lobby was dirty and smelled really bad. The building on the whole is pretty run down. No A/C in the unit, which is okay, but would really help to have more fans to move air. The futon in the living room is not really comfortable.

Beautiful apartment. Will visit again.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything but at the same time on a quiet street. The apartment is simple but beautifully decorated. Rene, the host was super helpful and responsive. He provided very detailed description of the property, how to collect the keys, the parking, etc etc. We actually stayed in the property for a night on our way to Spain. After staying there, we wanted to book it again on our way back, but it wasn't available. We surely will go back there for a longer period, especially that Voiron seems to be a pretty little town.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment located at the center of Voiron. Everything was clean and the host even left some little chocolates and cookies for us. We felt warmly welcomed :-) Parking: free underground parking nearby which however we couldn’t use due to the height of our car with the roof box. We parked at the train station (200m away) as the parking on the street outside was very expensive.

NICE QUIET AND COMFORTABLE STAY

We enjoied a lot our stay at Cocon Cosy. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is well located in the centre of this small city. Shops and restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes by walk. There is also a bakery selling gluten free bread and pastries 200 mts from the house, in the road going to the cathedral. The apartment is very silent: we appreciate the behaviour of all people leaving in this house. Parking reserved by the owner is also very convenient. It is easy to go out from the city and reach many lovely areas (mountain, lake, cities) nearby.

Une nuit de confort et de récupération

C'est bien simple, TOUT: la situation, la bonne odeur en rentrant, le livret d'accueil très bien fait, le wifi, le confort, le calme, la propreté, l'amabilité et l'intelligence du propriétaire. Loueur moi-même, je me suis permis de tout regarder et c'est TRES BIEN

Tout aussi simple, RIEN. J'imagine que les fenêtres (seules choses à ne pas être neuves) vont être changées dans un futur pas très lointain; non pas qu'elles nuisent au confort mais elles sont un peu moins jolies que tout le reste de l'appartement qui est topissime

Excellent sous tous rapports !

Notre hôte nous a très bien renseignés sur les conditions de remise des clés, et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec rapidité. De petites gourmandises nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Je recommande ce logement et remercie Rémi pour sa gentillesse.

Séjour pro à Voiron Centre

L'appartement est conforme à la description et le rapport qualité prix est bon. La literie est d'excellente qualité c'est un gros plus et l'ensemble des équipements est quasi neuf.

L'immeuble est dans un état déplorable, l'odeur d'ordure dans l'entrée à cause du local poubelle est pénible. Les escaliers sont glauques avec des lumières non fonctionnelles. Les moquettes dans les couloirs au secours... Mais je ne peux tenir en tenir rigueur dans ma note pour le logement.

L'appartement est bien situé, au calme, facile à trouver et joliment décoré. On y est bien accueilli. Le lit était très confortable. C'est important de bien dormir... Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir la prochaine fois que je serais de passage à Voiron.
