L'host è stato molto disponibile sia al momento del check in che quando siamo andati via.L'appartamento comodo per visitare il centro città anche se posto in un vicoletto laterale. Sistemazione giusta per due giorni.

Ambiente un pochino buio ma va bene perché ci siamo stati solo per dormire.

Super, tutto era perfetto: ampio, spazioso, molto pulito, con un letto grande e molto comodo, un enorme specchio in bagno, tutto il necessario in cucina, l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del Duomo e piazza Borsalino, dove partono gli autobus per Siracusa, Noto e la spiaggia.

The apartment has a good location close to the city center. However, the neighborhood is not one of the safest, so I would avoid walking there late at night or trying to reach the nearest beach on foot. If you stay closer to the city center, you should be fine. The bed is comfortable, there were no issues with the water supply, the refrigerator is large and spacious, and the air conditioner works well, but its drainage container on the patio was never emptied during my six-day stay and eventually overflowed.

The most disappointing part of my experience was the host. He provided almost no information or assistance and replied to messages very infrequently—usually only once a day. The most frustrating situation happened after my departure. I accidentally left my hat in the apartment and contacted the host immediately. I sent several messages, called multiple times, left a voicemail, contacted him again the following day, and tried once more today. Unfortunately, I never received any response. The complete lack of communication regarding a forgotten personal belonging was extremely disappointing. The host also does not speak English at all, which is quite unusual in the tourism industry and makes both check-in and general communication much more difficult. I even tried writing to him in Italian about my forgotten hat, but that made no difference. In addition, the host did not help me find an official taxi service in Catania and did not offer airport transportation, even though I kept him informed about my significant flight delay and late arrival. I was charged €32 in cash for late check-in, but no assistance was provided in getting to the apartment. Instead, I was met by two women who did not introduce themselves. One spoke only a little English, while the other spoke only Italian. They handed me the keys, collected the money, and left without explaining or showing me anything about the apartment. I found this rather strange and disappointing. There is no Wi-Fi, iron, washing machine, or place to dry clothes. The persistent burnt smell (caused by the lack of an extractor hood) makes cooking unpleasant. The apartment is very dark due to its ground-floor location and poor lighting. The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap, and toilet paper, but no other toiletries.I wasn't told where to dispose of the garbage, couldn't find extra trash bags, and someone else's trash was left on my patio throughout my stay.
