My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Harbor Haven. It was easy to check in and there was an excellent parking spot designated for the unit which made it very easy to come and go. You are one block from the beach and main drag and even though it was during Spring Break we did not find it crowded. The only negative I have about the unit is it was advertised as having a King bed and it is a Queen. This made is very uncomfortable for us since we are so used to a King bed. I think the listing is still incorrect. There was an issue with the Bath sink not draining but the property manager addressed that immediately. Also the unit's fridge went out while we were there so we had to buy a large cooler and ice to keep our food for over 24 hours till it was fixed. We were reimbursed for the expense but it did cause my husband some headaches being there for the repairman. The furnishing are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The washer/dryer on the ground floor were reasonable, a load of laundry for about $1.50 and were not usually too busy. It said the air conditioning could not go below 72 degrees or it would freeze, but i question that and would like to have been able to lower it another degree or 2 at night. This is on the 8th floor so there is one unit above you, but there was little to no noise. The only reason I would not stay here again is because of the bed.

Nicely furnished one bedroom apartment with a great view of the ocean and with a common pool on the intercostal . Could not ask for a better location. Also near several good restaurants Unfortunately the apartment's balcony overlooks a busy roadway and the back of two large hotels (HVAC) resulting in much noice throughout the day, particularly in the late afternoon and evening. Good doors shut out the noice when closed. Overall, an ok experience but we would not rent this unit again because of the noise.
