Cosy and comfortable

This was such a cosy hideaway. It was a few minutes walk down a pretty bridle path to reach the sea. The property was warm and secure and very comfortable. It was beautifully clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The town had some excellent restaurants.

Not everyone could have coped happily with the loft ladder to reach the bedroom.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location

We loved the cottage, perfect quiet location with all the amenities walking distance, lovely bars & restaurants. Lovely walks around for our dog. The area is beautiful, with lots to do around, just what we needed to relax for a few days. The cottage was perfect, everything we needed was there. Joanna was the best host and she gave us a lot of valuable information! We will definitely come back, soon hopefully!

Peaceful stay

The location is beautiful, surrounded by peaceful nature walks, and it's wonderfully quiet and relaxing. They also warmly welcome dogs, which made our stay even more special. Joanne was incredibly caring and accommodating—she went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit.

Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem 💎 I would suggest arriving in daylight. The instructions are clear, but you do question yourself, especially as it's off of a bridleway, which all adds to its charm. We had a wonderful stay. Tranquil, beautiful location, comfortable and very welcoming. Dog friendly and good walks literally on the doorstep. Would highly recommend 😀

Beautiful location but much room for improvement

Location was lovely and the shower was nice and hot. Good selection of games and DVDs to keep the children entertained. Owner always made sure parking was available for her guests and the double bed was comfortable for the adults.

It was not made clear via the booking description that access to the bedroom was via a loft hatch and ladder. Also not made clear that children would be sleeping, in effect, on the floor. Downstairs, the floors had not been swept properly and there was no brush or hoover in the apartment to do it ourselves so we were stuck with feeling grit and dust under our feet. Host was friendly but a little overbearing and didn't think it an issue to allow a stranger into our apartment during our stay, asking us to make sure we weren't in(!) so they could repair the TV aerial. No oven either so was unable to cook a pizza I had bought, did try in the microwave combi but no instructions provided.
