Very cosy cottage, good value for money.
Oven took a while to get used too, as no markers on the switches. Tumble dryer condenser was over flowing with water and completely full of fluff, luckily I checked before drying off a couple of towels.

Great location. Reliable WiFi. Pleasant decor and fully equipped for a short stay.
It would be lovely if the property had a back yard or a little garden area to sit out in. The small space at the front of the property is used as the bin storage and with being on the high street and facing a pub it's not really somewhere to relax.

Cleanliness
There was a broken mirrored glass panel in the decorative strip of the drawer of the sink unit . When I opened it I was injured as chards of splintered glass embedded into the tips of my fingers. I managed to remove most but one penetrated do deeply it is now requiring surgical removal. Pls ensure this is fed back to the owner so that it can be made safe. I would not want anyone else to experience the same

It is well located for coast path, railway station and the village amenities. The space inside was good for the two of us with a well equipped kitchen, separate dining area and beautiful spacious shower room. The bed was very comfortable.
The road immediately outside and pub across the road were very noisy. The downstairs area was rather gloomy, and although pleasantly cool on the hot summer evenings, it was dark inside and did get uncomfotably cold later on.
Despite being generally well equipped I couldn't find a hairdryer and the kitchen felt a little spartan- perhaps a small welcome basket would be nice.

Beautiful renovated cottage on the high street so close to all amenities. Really liked the tasteful decor and the incredibly comfortable bed.
The parking pass was handy and located close by, felt comfortable to leave the car overnight.
It is a well insulated property which isnt a bad thing but would benefit from a fan of some sort in the bedroom. Opening the windows is OK but the traffic and pub noise and early bin men are a challenge. This is just a preference as there wasn't anything we didnt like as such.

The cottage was beautiful and was clean.
It really smelt if dogs and the leather couch smelt and looked as though if had dog dribble on it. It was awful. Therefore when we came in had to stay upstairs.
In answer to the question below it did meet expectation except the smell on the sofa.

Very cosy cottage in a perfect location for exploring this part on North Wales. The bed was VERY comfy and everything you may need was provided. Very good pub right opposite and more good pubs nearby along with several restaurants. All the venues we went to were very friendly and we were made very welcome.

Beautiful house and in a great location!

The whole house was lovely. The living area was well set out to enjoy reading, playing games, eating and watching movies in front of the fire. The log burner made the evenings very cosy. The bed room was nice and the beds were very comfortable! We had every thing we needed in the kitchen for meal times. Criccieth is a lovely town with nice beach walks and views.
There was no kindling, fire wood or firelighters at the house. There was also no dish washing tablets or spare toilet roll which we also had to go and buy. But there was a shop near by.
I would have liked a curtain or blind to block out the light / view from the front door.

Centrally located with handy pubs and take aways. Small supermarket close by for essentials.
Tricky to unload and load car as it was on a main road with no parking outside. On road parking on opposiute side, but dangerous crossing road with cases etc.

Nice comftable cottage beautifull bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. Kitchen fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We would be happy to short break there again.
No outside garden space at the back if your taking a dog and the high street had a lot of traffic constantly.

the decor was just lovely, very classy and it had some lovely touches. loved the boiling water tap too.
The pub opposite was very noisy on Saturday night- singer outside and fireworks. finished at 11 so not too bad. would have liked a welcome basket!

Fabulous use of the space. Extremely comfortable. Great facilities and tastefully decorated.
Could benefit from a feather duster as there were lots of hanging dust from lights/ceiling. No hairdryer which was disappointing. Was noisy due to the pub opposite - it didnt bother us but it could be an issue for others.

The cottage was very clean and had everything you could need. Well equipped and easy to use kitchen and comfortable lounge with wood burner ( logs available from the garage less than a minute's drive). Parking was in the council carpark a short two minutes walk away. The cottage was decorated to a very high standard with an extremely comfortable bed.
Could have done with a bar stool in the kitchen for use with the drop down table and to be sociable with the cook !
