Sehr nettes / neues Haus in ruhiger Lage. Gut eingerichtet für eine Familie mit 4 / 5 Personen. Parkplatz für 2 Autos (eng), Waschmaschine/Tumbler vorhanden. 3 Min. Gehweg zum Plus Laden in Stavoren. 5 Min. zum Bahnhof Stavoren.

Schlüsselübergabe hat überhaupt nicht geklappt, von dieser Firma in Dänemark keine Antwort bekommen auf verschiedene Emails betreffend Schlüssel. Stehen vor dem Haus und keine der bekommenen Nummer passt für Schlüsseltresor. Keine Tel. möglich, da Anreise Sonntags. Schlussendlich via Chat die richtige Nummer für den Schlüsseltresor bekommen. Dauer 1.5 Std. Die ist kein Service einer Firma welche Holiday Units vermietet ! Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen überig.

Lage und Sauberkeit. Sehr gemütlich. aber Platz nur max. Für 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern.

Betten, schmal für zwei und sehr weich. Aber alles noch ok. Nur ein Hinweis: die Heizung im Wohnzimmer war zu hoch eingestellt (über 26 Grad teilweise) und es gab keine Anleitung für eine Regelung der Heizung.

Lage am Wasser. Bootsliegeplatz.

Baulärm in den ersten Tagen ab 7 Uhr Die Option, ein Motorboot dazu zu mieten wäre eine große Bereicherung

It’s a very specious brand new house which is equipped with almost everything you need in the kitchen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a large cupboard under the stairs and large utility space with an extra large fridge-freezer. There is plenty of storage place in this house! And you can easily moor your boat right by the property! There is a spacious drive for parking and extra space if you need to park another car. There is plenty of extra bedding should you need extra pillow or quilt comfort. The living room is comfy with a TV that has the Netflix app, which was a massive plus for us! The WiFi is great too! The decor is very modern and clean... with a nice large modern wooden table and very comfy chairs. On the colder summer evenings you can make use of the terrace heater! You can make use of a BBQ or table grill too! The location is ideal! You’re in walking distance of a very good COOP supermarket and walking distance from the centre of Stavoren. There’s a small beach nearby, lovely cycling and walking routes. The lady who welcomes you is very friendly and always reachable if you need her! Absolutely recommend this house!
