The location was nice

It was nice and spacious but had few issues.

Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations due to the following problems: Non-functional Internet: The Wi-Fi connection did not work at all throughout the duration of out stay, which was extremely inconvenient, especially as we needed it for work and communication. Kids were bored as well as none of their devices worked due to this reason. Air Conditioning Malfunction: The air conditioning unit kept tripping every few minutes, making it very difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. It was an effort to fix the fuse every time due to which we could not use the air conditioning at all. Broken Toilet Locks: The locks on the toilets were not working, which was a basic privacy and safety concern. Safety Hazard on Stairs: There were many protruding nails on the backyard stairs, posing a significant safety hazard. This could have caused serious injury and should have been addressed before allowing guest access to that area specially when kids are part of the guest list.
