Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä, tällä rahalla ei minusta voi odottaa yhtään enempää.. Huoneisto oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava muutaman yön majoittumiseen. Toisin kuin muutamassa muussa arvioinnissa mainittiin, meillä oli kuivat, puhtaat ja hyvän tuoksuiset pyyhkeet sänkyjen päällä odottamassa. Alue oli ainakin meidän vierailun aikana rauhallinen. Minulla oli omistajalle muutama kysymys ennen matkaa ja sain niihin nopeasti vastauksen.
Huoneistossa oli aika tunkkainen ilma ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa ei ole tuuletusikkunaa. Keittiössä voisi ehkä tehdä pientä inventaariota ruokailuvälineiden suhteen, uusia veitset ja kurkata vedenkeittimen sisään. Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta taloyhtiö itsessään ei oikein herättänyt luottamusta. Moni asunnoista vaikutti olevan tyhjillään, ovia oli sotkettu, piha oli hoitamaton jne. Jos olisin ollut liikkeellä yksin, olisi todennäköisesti ollut vähän epävarmempi olo, vaikka naapurusto olikin siisti.

Hyvä sijainti. Kävellen pääsi tarvittaviin. Myös lapsille tekemistä lähellä.
Samassa talossa "rauhattomia" asukkaita. Liikennettä iltamyöhään.

Beliggenheten er fantastisk. Nært alle butikker.
Har overnattet her for 2 år siden da var det helt supert. Nå var bla håndukene brettet sammen og lagt på senga men de var våte og luktet surt😲 Søppel i bøtte på do var ikke tatt fra forrige leietaker og det luktet. Og heller ikke håndduken på toalett kan ha vært byttet, denne var også våt og skitten. Ellers var det vel som forventet for denne pris.
