Villa Ty Laouen has just been completed. Lots of charm and warmth for this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.

The patio is a real plus for spending convivial moments with family and friends.

We enjoyed a fabulous week over the May half term break. The property is fantastic. Spacious and finished to a very high standard. Our only very minor criticism would be the location. There isn’t a huge amount of things locally and so you do need to get in the car. However, this shouldn’t detract from what is a beautiful place to stay and certainly wasn’t a major issue for us.

A lovely new Gite located in a small villlage on the North Brittany coast within easy distance to the St Malo and Roscoff ferries from the UK. The accommodation was spotless and with four double bedrooms could easily cater for 8 adults. The nearest supermaket was the "Hyper Casino" in Lesneven which catered for all our needs. A great location for some "circular" coastal walks and to visit Plouguerneau and the tallest lighthouse in Europe at Phare de I'lle Vierge. Plus an easy drive to see the stunning Oceanopolis acquarium in Brest as well as the maritime museam and the lovely fishing/sailing port of Duarnenez.

Très jolie maison bien située à proximité de la mer.idéal pour les balades à pied ou bien à vélo. Calme assuré en cette saison. Il faisait bon rentrer dans cette jolie location au décor soigné.merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil attentionné.

Location très agréable et conforme aux photos présentées. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir beau temps pour profiter des balades. Je recommande, nous avons adoré !

Propriétaire très sympa et accueillante Maison très agréable à vivre très lumineuse avec tout le confort, très bien équipée, décoration moderne et soignée. Accès à la plage à 10 min à pied. Espace extérieur agréable. De tres bonnes vacances et une destination nature parfaite en famille !

Marianne et Patrice sont très aimables et se sont montrés très disponibles et réactifs. La maison, récemment refaite à neuf, est très fonctionnelle, bien aménagée et décorée avec goût! Les matelas sont très confortables. Il y a un local très pratique pour les équipements de plages et sports de mer. La terrasse couverte s'est aussi montrée très utile pour nous protéger du soleil ou de la pluie! Nous reviendrions sans hésiter !
