BranA new, centrally located apartment for up to 4 adults,
80 square meters, state-of-the-art built-in kitchen (including a washing machine) on the 2nd floor of an ultra-modern apartment building at Bahnhofstr. 8.
This chic apartment offers everything you could want for a relaxing “temporary stay” and was completed just a few weeks ago.
The entrance via the covered walkway is bright and inviting. A key safe mounted on the outside wall allows for independent, contactless access at any time. We’ll provide you with the current code for the safe when you book.
From the entryway, you can access the comfortably furnished bedroom with a spacious, well-lit closet, as well as the bathroom with a shower and bathtub and the practical pantry.
The washing machine is located in the bathroom, and the pantry also features a large closet for additional storage space.
The custom-built kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and, together with the dining and living area, serves as the central hub of the apartment. Here, you can cook to your heart’s content and enjoy hearty meals. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax, and the flat-screen TV with a swivel arm provides the perfect entertainment.
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable, full-size bed for two people in just a few simple steps, providing your guests with a pleasant place to sleep. An extra comforter and pillows are provided.
The large balcony provides warm, pleasant light. Facing south, this is the perfect spot to unwind after work. Equipped with two comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table for three people, nothing stands in the way of your outdoor relaxation.
You can park your car in the building’s underground garage. Shops for daily necessities are right nearby, and the Isar River is just a few minutes’ walk away.
