About this villa rental
Holiday house with private pool, fenced garden and covered barbecue terrace. The two-bedroom holiday home is located in the small village just a few minutes' drive from Labin and Rabac and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday. The property is completely fenced. In addition to modern furnishings with all the amenities one could wish for on vacation, the house has a large meadow that invites you to relax in the sun. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area and a private swimming pool (32m2).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the first floor. The fifth person sleeps on the additional sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) in the larger of the two bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There are three bicycles available for free, including one for children. Your landlords live in the neighborhood and are happy to help if you need anything. You can also buy home-made wine, schnapps, honey and delicious olive oil from them. Pets are welcome, with an extra amount per dog and day - payable on site.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wirklich modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht und haben dabei vor allem den großen Pool genossen und die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen zum Essen und Karten spielen. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren sehr bequem und haben zum Träumen eingeladen. Wir wurden sehr angenehm empfangen von Kristina und Tomica und es standen Wasser, Weißwein, Melone und Süßes für uns bereit. In dem Haus haben wir nichts vermisst; Gewürze, Öle, Seife, Waschmittel - vieles war vorhanden. Die Mutter der Vermieterin wohnt im Haus nebenan und hat manchmal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hat sogar Palatschinken (Crepes/Eierkuchen) für uns vorbeigebracht. Das Haus war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für uns für viele Ausflüge: Essen und Trinken gehen in Labin oder Rabac, das Amphitheater in Pula besichtigen, in Rovinj auf den Glockenturm steigen, mit Hum die kleinste Stadt der Welt besuchen und Mistelschnaps kaufen, mit der Fähre zur Insel Brijuni fahren und dort mit einem Elektroauto über die Insel cruisen, in der Burgruine Dvigrad klettern und die bunten Regenschirme und die herrlich blaue Adria in Novigrad bestaunen... In Istrien gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, auch unsere Teenie-Töchter hatten eine schöne Zeit und wir möchten uns bei Kristina und Tomica für die schöne Unterkunft und die Aufmerksamkeiten bedanken.
