I recommend this place.

It was a great apartment, near to the Beach , it was well equipped and clean. Restorants, bars, and shops are nearby. And the view is amazing.

The parking is a bit difficult, not enough parking space but you can park on the street if you can find one. And the road in front of the house is quite busy and noisy.

Great apartment in a good location. The beach is in a nice walking distance On the way back you have to climb up to your street though.. :) Easy check in Perfect for you if you seek quiet and chill

Good value stay in beautiful Crikvenica

The location was excellent, the coarse sandy beach is only some 300 meters away. The main beach at Crikvenica is several hundred meters long, ample natural shadow of pine trees. Many restaurants alongside the beach and corso. Crikvenica seems the perfect holiday town, which does have a charme & history. The apartment was clean and efficient. Some previous comments were complaining about the owner being too involved - something must have change because we didn’t even see the owner/host. All people are different, I prefer a bit more personal style.

The building seemed to be constructed at the minimum technical level, walls are thin, doors let through all the noise. You can hear everything from the next apartment or the corridor. The bedroom was very narrow, night table can fit only on one side. The bed was squeaking badly. Under the mattress, there is only a particle board and that is creaking loudly with every move - made sleep difficult for first two nights. If I was the host, I would improve the bed quality - if the bed would be OK, we would happily visit again.

Good location, clean rooms, limited parking possibilites

Perfect location, close to the beach and the city center. Amazing view to the sea.

Parking spot is only available if you are lucky. from 6 days we could part at the house only for 2 days, because other guests are also parking there and there is not enough space. We left the apartment at 8:20 a.m., the chechout is between 8 and 10 a.m but the personel was already standing at our door so we had to rush out. When we adked the host about grilling tools, the response was that it should be there. Hospitality could be better.

Good

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and we could check in even earlier because it was ready for us. The view from the balcony was great.It is close to the beach and 15 minutes away from the center.

We booked the apartment for 10 days.After 5 days we asked if we could get clean towels.We were told that they are usually changed the 6 th day, so we said, okay.The 7th day we still hadn't received them so we asked again and we eventually got them the 8th day.The bed sheets were never changed within these 10 days and nobody cleaned the apartment.If you book for so long and taking into account the fact that you are at the beach and shower every day, I don't find it normal to use the same towels and sheets for so long. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. All in all it could have been better.

Wonderful accomodation

We’ve spent 4 days at apartments Julija. Julija is a very nice and helpful host, our room has been prepared earlier than we expected. The apartment is clean, and well equipped! The view from the terrace is brilliant. We recommend the apartment to everyone :)

Great location with sea view. To the beach is 5 min walking distance and to the center around 15 min.

Room was without broom and consequently quickly dirty because of sand which you bring from beach.

Erholsamer Urlaubsaufenthalt in sehr schöner Natur.

Gute Lage zum Strand, in die Innenstadt und zu Wandertouren. Schöne Aussicht, Parkplatz in der Nähe. Schöne Badestrände.

In der ersten Oktoberwoche waren wegen schlechten/sehr kühlen Wetters viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen.

Nagyon jó helyen van, szép a kilátás

Parkolóhely csak az utcán volt. A szálláson a parkolóhelyen két csónak volt. Az erkélyen át lehet látni a szomszéd erkélyére. Ha az elválasztó részen gyékény vagy valami mással lenne lefedve, az ember kényelmesebben érezné magát.

Posizione dell'appartamento ottima a 2 passi a piedi dal mare, aria condizionata, parcheggio facilmente trovabile sotto casa.

Manca un ascensore nella palazzina, e il wifi nei primi giorni purtroppo non andava, ed é un grande disagio per chi non ha molti giga come me per l'estero.

Studio assez confortable, balcon avec petite vue sur la mer, un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais assez proche des commerces et pas loin de la mer non plus, équipement pratique pour y cuisiner et y rester quelques jours

Le micro-ondre avait une certaine odeur de brûlé ; l'équippement culinaire pourrait être plus moderne, mais ça suffisait amplement pour une semaine ; la clim qui donne dans le living et l'air froid qui se propage donc très lentement dans la chambre ; la proximité avec la grand route ; les voisins qui fument au balcon
