Садиба має чудове розташування, знаходиться майже в кінці села. З подвір'я відкриваються чудові краєвиди. В будинку є все для комфортного проживання, навіть підключені акумулятори на випадок відключень світла. Кімнати просторі з комфортними ліжками. З цього місці є маршрут для сходження на гору Пікуй. Скажу відверто, підйом не простий, а ще важчий спуск, то ж потрібно бути трохи фізично готовим для таких сходжень. Але зввсно краєвиди які відкиваються на вершині заворожуючі. Портібно мати закрите взуття, бо зустрівся по стежці з гадюкою.
Найгірше це напевно частина дороги до садиби, остання частина по каміннях різко вгору, і я не знаю чи сюди заїдуть седани з низьким кліренсом. А зимою сюди мабуть без 4х4 нема що пертись.
