We actually could not stay here due to we all got a horrible case of the flu. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. Superb experience. We will stay here soon as we do travel to JAX often. Thank you so very very much.

Property looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, warm & cozy property with all essential items provided in all rooms. Property owner extremely accommodating with quick responses to any inquiries. Few blocks to Avondale shops/restaurants & quick drives to surrounding areas such as Riverside, Murray Hill & San Marco.

Such a great apartment for 1 or 2 people; great location! The blinds in the bedroom were a little tricky to operate, but that was our only issue. Thanks for a great place to stay in Avondale!
