1. Unlike some airbnb properties, Bedchambers have a professional team to handle house keeping and they are very responsive to any complaints you might have. 2. The wifi is super reliable with 200 to 500 Mbps speeds. 3. Cleanliness is good. 4. It's spacious. 5. AC is very good and they use the ACs from one of the world's best brands - Daikin 6. I complained regarding the exhaust fan not working on the bath area and they promptly fixed it within a few hours by replacing it. They also let me know over whatsapp the status since I was away at that time.
1. The soaps and shampoos - Maybe they could have used it from a known company like Biotique or something similar. That would give more confidence in using them. I bought pears liquid soap and Biotique shampoo instead since I was not very comfortable with the fragrance of the soap given. 2. The dishwash liquid soaps kept at the Kitchen can be of higher quality or from a known brand.

Room was clean and comfortable
The staff start calling for check-out at 9 AM while their check-in time for next guests is 2 PM. They lie about their next guests waiting and spoil your morning sleep. Who needs 4 hours to make up a room?! Pathetic service in this regard even after requesting politely for a 12 PM check-out.
