This Miami Beach home is perfect for families or friends looking to relax, entertain and enjoy the best of Miami and the beaches. It combines a large home, with large back and front yards. Just 3 blocks from the beach, 1 block to Bal Habour shops, and close to South Beach (15 minutes), Brickell, Design District, Wynwood and Aventura Mall (15 minutes). Home has 3 large sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), 4 off-street parking spots. 3 month minimum rental is required.
