About this villa rental
Hello and thank you for considering our Villa Yesil Kelebek.
The calm & seclusion of this stylish Villa in Kisla is rivalled only by its location being a mere 30 second walk to the beach and the nearby Beach Club.
Featuring a beautiful well stocked garden, a large & private dining area, a spacious terrace with barbecue, a fully equipped professional table tennis table and a large pool with Jacuzzi. Villa Yesil Kelebek has unrivalled sea views of Kalkan and the bay.
The Villa has a large living & dining room on the ground floor, three en-suite bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) & a large well equipped kitchen.
The modern kitchen area is well equipped and includes a range of appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob and extractor, water cooler, ice making machine, dishwashers, washing machine and microwave.
There is also a Nespresso Krups coffee machine complete with a choice of Starbucks coffee pods for those guests who love their coffee. Note, alternative pods can be supplied if available.
In addition, it should be noted for peace of mind for guests with young children that the view from the kitchen looks out onto the pool and patio area.
The property is imaginatively designed, incorporating frontages of curved glass with more traditional features, a private garden, a terrace, a Pergola and a pool with jacuzzi overlooking the broad sweep of the bay. You enter into the Sitting Room/Kitchen area which is a large open-plan room with a comfortable seating area, a 55inch Smart Samsung TV with built in Netflix, Apple & Amazon Prime apps (to allow guests to use their own accounts) a DVD player, separate dining area with seating for eight people. There is also a small WC.
Bedrooms - Ideal for guests with mobility issues, downstairs there is a double bedroom with beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Upstairs there is a double master bedroom and a second twin bedroom. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and each has a private balcony with stunning views across the bay.
Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage which afford spectacular views across the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area, which again, look directly out to sea. Outside next to the pool there is a Pergola ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. It is furnished with comfortable turkish pillows, chairs, and a table. This area is perfect for reading, pre dinner drinks or a quiet snooze.
Housekeeping service is introducing our guests to the villa on the first day. Our caretaker/gardener will be happy to help during your whole stay. Very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Beach with crystal clear water less than a minute from the Villa. The beach club offers sun-beds and umbrellas. Several places to have breakfast, lunch or coffee are in walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby. The beautiful village of Kalkan is just across the bay, a boat service is going back and fourth every 30 minuets. Cleaning service is provided once per week during the stay, included in the price.

A great Villa, accurately described on the VRBO website. Ideally situated directly overlooking Kalkan Bay. A short walk from the Kalkan Beach Park, with the ferry boat over to the Marina.
The Villa is clean and well kept. We were a party of four and the accommodation, living area, Pool and outside space were ideal. A great location that allowed you to relax in the evening after a short boat or Taxi ride to the centre of Kalkan itself. Housekeeping and caretaker were great, efficient and discrete. Communication from the owner was very good and informative which instilled confidence in both the property and the holiday rental process. Will definitely stay here again, if we hoilday in Turkey in the future.

Stayed in yesil Kelebec in august with my family of four great location beautiful pool to cool of in and just a short 2 min walk from Kalkan beach club. Contact with the owners was very easy and they were very helpful.

This villa draws you in from the minute you step through the entrance gate. The glistening (heated) pool ( this is an option ) set around brightly coloured plants. It’s captivating. The uninterrupted view is incredible. From ground level to the balconies you see that blue turquoise sea shining back at you with a mountain backdrop , it’s set in Kisla and absolutely stunning. You can’t take your eyes away from it. . It honestly takes your breath away.! The prettily designed villa was very clean and spacious with all the comforts. . We also had a Welcome pack and pool towels provided. The Excellent management team were a text away . It had everything we needed. The owner was really lovely and we had good correspondence throughout. The beach club is a 5 minute walk for water sports or beach use. Taxi’s were 50 TL each way to the main town. We also used the water boat transfer from the Beach park. I would highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed you will want to return over and over again. Kalkan is magical……
