Belle résidence située dans un jardin bien entretenu. Le parking privé est appréciable. Le lieu est parfait pour visiter Recanati et la région (Macerata, Ascoli...)
L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Lorenzo est accueillant et disponible.

Von der Terrasse aus: atemberaubender Fernblick bis zum Meer (bei optimalem Wetter). Neues, ausreichend großes Apartment, mit dem notwendigsten Mobiliar eingerichtet, viel Stauraum, etwas zu cool (=nicht unbedingt gemütlich). Klimatisiert, ausreichend Parkplätze, absolut ruhige Lage. Gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Vermieter vorbildlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Ansprechende Außenanlage, sehr gepflegt.
Küchenausstattung spartanisch (nur Wassergläser, keine Salatschälchen, keine Spülmaschine), harte, unbequeme Stühle. Auf der Terrasse: keine Privatsphäre, kein Sonnenschutz. Im Apartment kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern/Türen.

Vue magnifique, grand appartement fonctionnel et moderne avec une grande terrasse, calme, système de refroidissement original, silencieux et efficace qui nécessite quelques explications. Notre hôte a été présent et réactif avec de bons conseils.
Le grand salon paraît un peu vide et il gagnerait à avoir un coin bureau près d'une prise, comme j'utilise mon PC cela m'a manqué.
Nous avons par contre été désagréablement surpris par le fait de devoir faire notre lit ce qui ne nous était jamais arrivé après des années de voyage.
