Waterfront Glass Flat

This apartment has a spectacular view of Kusadasi. It really is breathtaking. It is close to the port and the main areas of the town. We had a wonderful 4 day stay and would highly recommend it (there are quote a few external stairs to access the road - but that's typical of Turkey).

The location is extraordinary. The view is incredible, breathtaking. Very close to downtown where the shops are. Many restaurants nearby. A lovely walk along the waterfront to everything. The hosts were truly great. Zero complaints.

A bit of a climb up some stairs, which can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage like we did. But otherwise zero negatives.

Accueil génial, emplacement idéal. Stationnement facile et sécuritaire, vue incroyable. La terrasse est magnifique et bien aménagée. Très chaleureux comme endroit.

Présence de quelques fourmis à l’intérieur mais rien de dérangeant. Tout à fait normal compte tenue le jardin sur la terrasse. Odeur d’humidité présente parfois mais quand la clim fonctionnait ou que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes, l’odeur disparaissait. Je recommande fortement et n’hésiterais pas à retourné à cet endroit.

The bathroom facilities are in need of refurbishing. It’s electric boiler, which means you have limited supply for shower. It might be ok if it is in the Summer when you do not need so much hot water, otherwise you have to really plan your shower time. We kept running out of hot water and had to finish the shower in cold water in April. The flat is quite dump. It’s quite a strong smell when we were there and you can feel all the bedding dump. This is understandable since it’s next to the sea, however, a dehumidifier would easily solve the problem.
