    Medium sized facility located about 15 km on east coast road from city center. If you have your own vehicle 15-20 min drive from city. Beach is nearby and at walkable distances and it isn't crowded. You can enjoy sunrise and relax. In-house restaurant not available, coffee, tea is prepared on request and served. Even breakfast is brought from outside. If you want breakfast early, inform them in advance, it will be brought by 8:00, not earlier than that. Need to go out to nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. Rooms are neat and cleanly maintained, small swimming pool for kids available

    1. Location is fair. Not the good. 2. Swimming pool is very small. Hardly 12 feet lengthand 6 feet wide. 3. Room is very small. Certainly not worth for 4200 but for 2000 4. No provision for coffee or tea. 5. This property doesn't have a separate beach entrance inside the property itself as like traditional beach resort.We have to walk almost 500 meters to go to beach by coming out of the property 6. Break fast provided is good and homely prepared. 7. Don't plan to go by public transport as there is no stopping for the any bus and cabs from chennai is around 1500 rs. Summary: if the room rate is placed somewhere between Rs. 2000 to Rs. 2200.. I will give 5 stars. Certainly not value for money with respect to room rent.
