Si vas con una familia grande es muy espacioso y tiene mucho jardín. Baños reformados y limpios.
A mejorar, un poco más de inversión, está un poco viejo algunos muebles de las habitaciones y oxidados. El suelo bastante sucio, aislamiento malo, mucho ruido de la carretera y los radiadores eléctricos de las habitaciones meten mucho ruido. Le falta inversión, por 1000$ necesita mejorar.
