Let yourself be enchanted by the kilometre-long sandy beach, crystal-clear water and unspoilt nature. Start the day on your own terrace/balcony with fresh bread rolls from the bakery next door. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is less than 100 metres from the Baltischer Hof. Here you can relax in a beach chair, build sandcastles with the children or take a walk with your feet in the water. Stroll along the promenade and take a break in the café after shopping in the boutiques. On colder days in particular, you can relax in the wellness area of the Baltischer Hof: two saunas, a shower grotto and heated benches await you here. A special highlight is the relaxation area with an aromatic wallpaper made of real hay, which conjures up a particularly relaxing atmosphere.
Your feel-good flat is furnished with a double bed and impresses with elegant furnishings in a modern country house style, cosy natural materials and maritime details.
The underground car park can be used for a fee. The lockable bicycle rooms in the garage and the e-charging station are free of charge (subject to availability).
The Baltischer Hof is located close to the 280m long pier and the town centre of Boltenhagen. Water sports, cliffs, castles and manor houses and seaside resorts with typical architecture characterise the surrounding area. Das Appartement befindet sich in dem Hotelkomplex „Baltischer Hof“ und erfüllt, für sich genommen, angehobenere Ansprüche: ein angenehmes und abgestimmtes Innendesign, Boxspringbetten, hochwertiges Kochgeschirr, eine (gebührenpflichtige) Tiefgarage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch das Kurzentrum selbst sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolutes Top: der Weg von der Appartementtür bis zum Strand beträgt nur 300 m. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend.
Nun zum Salz in der Suppe: Wir bevorzugen Buchungen bei Privatleuten und buchen aus diesem Grund immer über Fewo-direkt. Bei oberflächlicher Lektüre der Darstellung hält sich dieser Eindruck auch. In der Kommunikation mit dem Gast definiert Nowasol diesen als zahlende Kuh. Höfliche Anfragen werden spitzfingrig beantwortet; in der Darstellung der Hausregeln wird dem Gast die Rolle eines Befehlsempfängers zugewiesen - beides konterkariert die Außendarstellung eines Premium-Gastgebers.
Sodann sind vor der Hotelanlage ca. 600 Quadratmeter Waldbestand weggeholt worden, um die Hotelanlage von der Promenade aus repräsentativ erscheinen zu lassen und um die nach vorne gelegenen Appartement mit Meerblick anbieten zu können. Reines Prestige und Werbung um eine narzisstische Kundenklientel. Wer vorne bezieht, der guckt nicht nur aufs Meer, der guckt auch auf die Straße.
Ausschließlich vor dem Baltischen Hof befindet sich eine in den die Promenade säumenden Waldgürtel eingeschlagene Schneise. Fragwürdig ist die Schneise selbst unter Marketingaspekten ohnehin; fragwürdig erscheint angesichts der Einzigartigkeit auch, wie diese Schneise praktisch bewerkstelligt worden ist. Es ist schwer vorstellbar, dass eine Kurverwaltung hier eine Ausnahme zugelassen haben sollte, da es der Einheitlichkeit des Charakter der Promenade zuwiderläuft.
