Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küche hat alles an Utensilien was benötigt wird.
Die Kommunikation vorab mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm.
Die Lage zum Strand, zur Tram und zum Ortskern alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Eingang oben an der Treppe könnte ein wenig überdacht sein.

Could not find remote control tv, no hot water, no bedsheets, no towel.
I booked because of the advertised rate st €53. After I reserved, I was informed there is a cleaning fee of €70, which is higher than the room rate. And I was not able to cancel the reservation or I could still be charged tne room rate. It is really strange having to pay and to provide all the necessities yet have to pay for cleaning. They expect tourist to carry towels, sheets, etc! NEVER AGAIN AND DONT BE CONNED BY HIS LOW RATE
