About this apartment rental
Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Including: gas for gas grill (always a full tank), firewood for firepit, ice maker, regular coffee pot including coffee & creamer, bathroom essentials, fan, electric fireplace, etc.. The cottage is located on a dead end road, so hardly any traffic and very peaceful! Early check in is available for a small fee if house is ready!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this place. Very relaxing and beautiful views. The sunsets are amazing! Our host Holly was great! Any time I had a question or whatever she responded promptly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The view was beautiful, and it was such a peaceful getaway for my husband and I . I would definitely recommend for a nice couples getaway.

Amazing views with seclusion. Property was clean and quiet with everything you will need to just relax. If the clock falls off the wall, put it in a drawer until you leave. Make yourself forget about time. Thanks Holly!
