The cottage was lovely.The only things we would say is we didn’t find any egg cups,plus the futon isn’t comfortable.Apart from that a lovely place to stay

Excellent location with railway station and parking close by. Lovely cafe and pubs and harbour side village. Very welcoming community in the beautiful setting. Great communication from the host,well equipped and very clean.

Pleasant cottage, located in village centre. Adequately equipped. Lympstone has a shop (basic), a good cafe, pub and art gallery. There are many footpaths and estuary beaches to explore.
Lack of hot water and unpleasant musty smell in bedroom despite having windows open. Also street lights in adjacent car park shine into bedroom.

Lympstone is very pleasant and the property is well located. Convenient for the car park.
The property has a doggy smell.
Reviewers had mentioned the sofa (chaise longue), but I didn’t realise it’s not possible for two people to sit on it (no back to sit against).
