Very quaint, but cosy cottage. Close to the train station, in a lovely location. Very quiet and perfect for a weekend get away.

Great location in a lovely village
Parking is hard but it’s a village so was nice ti have parks cars everywhere. The car park is probably enough normally but half of it was closed during our visit restricting spaces

We accidentally arrived very early but we were made to feel very welcome. The property is yards from the harbour. Lympstone is a gem of a old fishing village. Wandering around was a delight.
We took the train from Lympstone to Dawlish Warren and back. What a gorgeous train ride. We also walked to Lympstone Manor for one of their amazing meals. Altogether a brilliant few days.

Lympstone is very pleasant and the property is well located. Convenient for the car park.
The property has a doggy smell.
Reviewers had mentioned the sofa (chaise longue), but I didn’t realise it’s not possible for two people to sit on it (no back to sit against).
