The condo was perfect for party of 6 comfortably!

The place was well kept and the pool and pool deck was great. The staff on site was always taking care of the place. We had a great time with our mother. The elevator was a must.

Stayed here with my husband and two boys (age 3 and 1). Everything was great! The regency building was well maintained and the pool was great! Right outside the building before the beach is a bunch of playground structures like a pirate ship, a train, a bunch of things for the kids to play on. The beach is so short compared to wildwood which was so much easier with the kids! about a 15 minute walk to the end of the boardwalk where there was another playground perfect for the kids. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo but not very clean need to fire that service and hire another. I know also was not clean when previous tenants were in the week before. Don't know where my cleaning fee I was charged is going..
