Good location (close to the bus stop, restaurants, shops, harbour), cheap
We had struggle to contact the owner. We waited almost one hour for check-in, although we arrived during the check-in-time. Once the owner arrived, he was very kind and helpful, even if he could not speak English. The accommodation was not the cleanest, but that was okay for the price. But there was almost no equipment and no stove in the kitchen, even if the description told something else, so we were not able to prepare food :( ... We had a great time on Iki anyway! :)
