About this house rental

Stunning Large house features new wood cabinetry in the kitchen & bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, & energy-efficient LED lighting across an open floor plan. One of the most notable unit features is it's $6 per square foot high-end 24 x 24 Italian porcelain flooring laid throughout. Ultra-contemporary "touch to activate" lighting built-in to master bath vanity mirror. Includes ceiling fans in bedrooms, new window treatments, built-in full-length floor to ceiling dressing mirror. It has a very large living area and dining area overlooking the pool where the family and friends can hang out. The pool area is very cozy surounded by its lush landscape. The whole house and all bedrooms are all surrounded by the pool and has direct views of the pool from every angle of the house giving you the ultimate tropical island living experience and making it easy to oversee the children in the pool.

The property worked well for our group and we had a great time. The property could use some TLC which would improve the property greatly. We enjoyed the pool but it could also use some TLC. The coffee pot and toaster were broken on arrival. We purchased a new coffee pot which was communicated to the property manager. He promptly dropped off a new toaster and reimbursed us for the coffee pot which was greatly appreciated. We had no other issues or problems during our stay. Thank you!
