Host and staff are amazing. Great communicators and flexible. They respond quickly with full information. Really good. Apartment is also really good. Entrance is in a fenced off area with a little garden. It's good reachable with taxi and trams (one minute walk). Around the corner you'll find a big supermarket and some fruit-stands. There are a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Tikhari, the Georgian one across the street, is fantastic. Apartment is on the edge of the city-center. You can walk to the main square in 25-30 minutes. A tram takes you there in 6 minutes.

Great apartment, having 4 bedrooms was a big plus and each was well equipped and a good size. Location was great, Warsaw is a very big city so you will never be perfectly central as different parts of the city have different things to offer, however, the public transport is so good you can get anywhere in minutes. I paid $9 for 4 days travel on any bus, tram or train, wow...

Excellent communication, before after and during the stay. Also helpful to be able to leave your bags With them. Lots of space, 4 decent sized rooms for a group of 6 lads not to be on top of each other. Property is clean and two toilets a bonus. I read some reviews about broken furniture, floor damage and broken beds. We didn’t see any of this in March 26. Plenty of shops, cafes etc immediately.

I read the reviews about the noise from the main road. All 4 rooms face the man road and it is busy all day and night, cars, sirens, trams, people. The windows do not block the noise.

It is very easy to access from the city center.

There were two core issues: it was a challenge to get into the apartment. The code to the gate did not work so we had to be let in by a neighbor. Then the key was not in the keybox but had to be picked up from a box of over 15 mins walk from the apartment (although there was a package box within 100 m to the building, too). This was rather inconvenient, because we had to walk there with all the luggage. As it turned out in a 30 mins talk with the support team (super helpful people!!), this was because they had to change the key to the apartment, assuming that we will need a proxy to enter the building. However, the gate was fully broken, so even the proxy did not work. There was no way for us to enter the building, only if a neighbor was arriving at the same time. At the end of the day we got any extra key for the gate from the neighbor - which was really useful: we stayed for 3 nights and the gate worked again on the fourth day... Second: this is a very noisy apartment: there is a 6 lane road with a set of very frequent tram lines (starting around 4:30). Even with closed windows you can hear every single vehicle. Given that there were also construction to the pavement below, with large vans and other machines, the noise was really very annoying already in the super early hours.
