-spacious rooms -comfortable beds -fairly clean -quiet and with good views from the balcony -netflix available on TV -good air conditioning throughout the apartment -fast wifi -mall is close by with a supermarket on the ground level -host was quick to answer our calls / messages

Honestly, my family and I were disappointed with what was advertised and the reviews we read - compared to our actual experience. -The website says a full english/Irish breakfast is included in the price - it is not. The host was surprised when I asked regarding the same and did not offer any compensation for it. -The kitchenette had only cooking pots and pans, no dish washing liquid , no drinking water, no tea bags, no sugar. We hadn’t carried anything expecting it would be provided, so we had to buy everything from the supermarket. The host was kind enough to bring us dish washing liquid (as well toilet paper and towels after requesting) -Considering the amount we paid, there weren’t any toiletries or toilet paper. The bathroom/toilet had a “3-in-1 head to toe wash” which was quite disappointing. - At 9.30 in the morning one of the other hosts came to knock on our door to ask whether we knew we had to check out at 10. I explained that our booking said we can check out between 10-12noon after which she looked quite confused and asked if that meant we would stay till 12. I told her we would be leaving soon anyway. I could go on but honestly we were very disappointed and won’t be returning.
