The property was situated in a good location for visiting other places. It was well equipped with cleaning stuff, toilet roll and kitchen roll etc. Beds comfortable. Washing machine. Downstairs toilet. Having a enclosed garden although could do with a good clearing of dead plants etc. Good WiFi connection

The property and garden especially could do with a little TLC. Reversing onto the drive can be tricky when other vehicles present. Wasn't the shops there that expected, could do with a fish and chip shop and more variety of shops.

Lovey cottage. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Very cosy beds and great size kitchen and lovely powerful shower.

The fire alarm is too sensitive. Too close to the oven. The dogs next door were constantly barking which made my dog bark to. Not relaxing. Lovely garden tho.

There was no hair dryer, had to pay for wifi

Great location, dog friendly and easy to access local facilities. Beds were comfy and the cottage was spacious with an enclosed garden.

Unfortunately we had to complain about the cleanliness of the kitchen as the cutlery wasn’t clean and the drawer housing the cutlery had dried food and bits in it from previous occupants. In addition the washing machine had someone else’s underwear in it. When we raised this with the owner we didn’t get a response so had to follow up with both Sykes and Booking which was a big inconvenience. Owner responded after this. Following this we also had issues with the WiFi which was very slow and cut out for a while. This also wasn’t responded to quickly when raised. Very confusing knowing who to contact and when you would get a response. No hoover was in the property either which was strange a for a place allowing dogs. In addition the back gate was super stiff and would have been very hard to open and shut if you had any mobility issues. Garden needed clearing out as lots of random things lying around. Lots of good things about this place but simple things being overlooked let the place down.
