Great location, nice garden, secure for dogs. Nice layout suitable for short vacation.
House and facilities were a “bit tired around the edges” and a couple of items raised by previous visitors in their reviews had not been fixed. However, when we had an issue with the fridge it was fixed by the managing agents very promptly and efficiently: even over the weekend.
The road noise at night might spoil the stay for any light sleepers.

No hairdryer took me by surprise - it would be great if one was available.

Well furnished, kitchen particularly well equipped; short walking distance to the coastal path. Comfortable bed. Lovely little private garden to sit in. Surprised and delighted to find wifi provided, even though the advance details said there was no wifi!
Would have appreciated a handrail at the top of the stairs. Expected to find a hair dryer but it wasn't provided. Backing into the parking space a bit tricky, but not a serious problem.

Great location, dog friendly and easy to access local facilities. Beds were comfy and the cottage was spacious with an enclosed garden.
Unfortunately we had to complain about the cleanliness of the kitchen as the cutlery wasn’t clean and the drawer housing the cutlery had dried food and bits in it from previous occupants. In addition the washing machine had someone else’s underwear in it. When we raised this with the owner we didn’t get a response so had to follow up with both Sykes and Booking which was a big inconvenience. Owner responded after this. Following this we also had issues with the WiFi which was very slow and cut out for a while. This also wasn’t responded to quickly when raised. Very confusing knowing who to contact and when you would get a response. No hoover was in the property either which was strange a for a place allowing dogs. In addition the back gate was super stiff and would have been very hard to open and shut if you had any mobility issues. Garden needed clearing out as lots of random things lying around. Lots of good things about this place but simple things being overlooked let the place down.
