Alt, ungemütlich, aber günstig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, man ist schnell bei allen Geschäften, dennoch ist die Lage ruhig, den Verkehr hört man nicht. Auch zu den Binnendünen ist es nicht weit. Für Hundehalter daher sehr schön, ideal zum Gassi gehen.

Die Ausstattung ist alt, die Betten knatschen gewaltig, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, die Küche ist über 2 Räume verteilt, die Esstischbänke sind unbequem und knirschen ebenfalls, ein Vorhang war aus den Ösen gerutscht, was aber die Reinigungskraft offensichtlich nicht störte, das Esszimmerfenster hat keine Jalousien/Vorhänge und die Eisfachtür ist defekt. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung unfertig und ungemütlich. Das ist sehr Schade, da mit etwas Geld und Liebe aus der Wohnung eine Menge herausgeholt werden kann.

Der Standort war gut, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Stufen zum Haus könnten evtl. ein Problem sein.

Die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich ist sauber und auch bequem, aber sehr "altbacken"
