Véro nous attendait à notre arrivée. Elle nous a bien accueillis et nous a montré l'appartement, puis s'est éclipsée tout en restant disponible en cas de besoin. L'appartement est spacieux, situé dans un beau cadre, calme avec une belle vue sur la ville et sur la chaîne de montagnes. Merci d'avoir permis que nos amis puissent rester dormir à l'appartement, une nuit, sans supplément. Cela nous a énormément touchés. Nous y retournerons très certainement dès que nous ferons un tour dans la région. Merci Véro; on s'est senti vraiment à l'aise. Merci pour ce bel accueil!

We had a very pleasant stay in Monthey. The location is beautiful, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our holiday. However, there are a few points that could be improved. The garden mentioned on Booking.com was a little disappointing. It is more like a small green outdoor area where you can sit, rather than a real garden. We enjoyed sitting outside, but the description could be clearer so guests know what to expect. Another point is that after 22:00 we were asked not to talk outside because of the neighbours. We completely understand the importance of respecting the neighbours, but this does limit the use of the outdoor area in the evening. During summer, it would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows. Without them, quite a lot of insects came inside when we opened the windows. Finally, the double bed makes quite a lot of noise whenever someone moves or gets up during the night. It seems that the wooden frame may need some attention, as the noise can wake the other person. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location is really beautiful. With a few small improvements, the apartment could be even better. Ik vind dit heel eerlijk en volwassen: je geeft de eigenaar concrete punten waarmee hij daadwerkelijk iets kan doen, terwijl je ook duidelijk maakt dat jullie wel degelijk een fijne vakantie hebben gehad. 👌❤️

Lieu splendide. Grand appartement propre avec des petites attentions plaisantes à disposition (bonbons, café, thé etc.). Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du jardin. Plein de documentations sur les activités à faire dans la région. Tout était parfait!
