Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, limpias, bien distribuidas. Proceso de reserva, check in y check out ágil. Personal atento. Desayuno delicioso y completo. Glamping equipado con todos los elementos necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Jacuzzi funcional y cómodo.

The breakfast was great. The cabin was cozy but the bathroom was tiny and cold.
They advertised that they had a jacuzzi. This was what I like most. Unfortunately, it only provided luke warm water, that by the time one filled up the tub- 45 minutes! it was cold. I suggested to staff upon departure that they should consider insulating the hot water pipe from the heater to the tub, and they told me it must have been the water pressure, which occasionally does not allow for the hot water experience most guests enjoy. They told me they would provide a partial refund, but they never followed through, and stopped communicating. Thus, I need to leave a negative review...
