Island, removed from condos, hotels, crowds.
A short block away from sunrises on the bay and historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf and pristine beach of Bean Point, perfect for shelling, fishing, boating or just quiet time.
2Br 1B, duplex sleeps 5(a king in master, a queen and twin in second bedroom)bright and roomy living space with updated kitchen, screened porch and private pool with fenced in yard. Great outdoor space , with a gas barbeque, perfect for family relaxation.
Onsite laundry.
Have beach/pool needs, beach cart, beach chairs, toys, umbrella.

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, it was close to the beach. The house is set up so well, everything we needed was available! The boys loved the private pool and spent so much time in it during the week! We would most definitely stay again!

My sister has mobility issues and it was a blessing for her easy access through all the rooms and into the pool

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family and we loved the single level layout to keep track of our 3 little kids. The backyard / pool area felt like a private oasis and the location to beaches and shops was really convenient. The hosts were wonderful and always available when we had questions. We hope to be back next year!
