Grab takeout from one of Steamboat's incredible restaurants (only a 2-minute walk) and enjoy a meal at the picnic tables or on the lawn. A lovely gourmet grocery and liquor store are right across the street.

We’re just a 5-minute drive from downtown, with free shuttle service from the condo making it easy to explore Steamboat’s shops, dining, and nightlife.

The living area is warm and inviting, with cozy furnishings and bold artwork, and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. The condo has been fully updated with new stainless steel appliances, furniture, and mattresses, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. You’ll sleep soundly with alternative down comforters and Pendleton Wool Camp blankets in the second bedroom. Fresh paint, new carpeting, and wooden floors create a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

While we don’t have air conditioning, the cool mountain air at night and ceiling fans in every room help keep things comfortable. Simply open the windows at night to let in the fresh air, then close them in the morning to keep the condo cool throughout the day.

We had an awesome stay in Steamboat this summer. The place was very comfortable with a full kitchen for cooking, good sized bedrooms and a nice deck overlooking the Yampa valley.I can still hear the nice stream below the deck bringing back great memories of the fresh mountain air and beautiful view relaxing on the deck.The best part of the property for us, however, is the location. Being so close to the mountain for hikes, summary movies on the mountain, and just taking a family walk over to sit in the grass.Great stuff!

A super cozy and well-designed unit with amazing windows to catch the views, and a location which is pretty much unmatchable for the value. Enjoyed our stay, had pretty much everything needed, and it looked just like it did in the photos. Kids Bedroom a little tight if you had more than two teens but master bedroom had plenty room to hold extra luggage. Large living area and open kitchen was mostly enjoyable. Host was very contactable and helpful throughout our week stay.

Aside from wonderful communication with the owner throughout the entire reservation process, the renal was a few minutes walk to the gondolas. We loved this amenity as well as the ability to make meals in the efficient kitchen and enjoy the warm fireplace during our morning stretches and evening gatherings. The condo is smaller than anticipated but perfect for 4.
