fantastic host who showed us everything we needed for our stay. the pool was clean & 2 steps from the lounge 😁
Air conditioning throughout made our stay exceptionally comfortable
The only negative for us, and no fault of the property or owner!, was the 20 minute taxi ride into Zadar. If you hire a car as recommended then this won’t be an issue.

We have had the most amazing time in the Villa. Our hosts greeted us with beautiful homemade meal, nice bottle of wine and cold local beers.
The property is very neatly maintained. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, very comfy bedrooms, gym, nice garden, swimming pool and marvellous view.

Excellent new house with hospitable hosts. Stunning welcome house wine and local cheese and ham platter - unexpected but well appreciated. The house is well furnished - all small things have been thought about. A nice pool with a good amount of privacy, as very limited construction nearby.
The pool was lovely - though would have been more enjoyable if heated, we were there in mid September and unfortunately found the water too chill for our needs. The host informed us that the pool would be heated in the winter season commencing October 1.
