For 1 or two nights it is ok, would not recommend for lengthy stay due to dampness.

The apartment is located very central in a very small but beautiful town. Easy to walk from Train station and easy to access. One can easily walk to the beach front in 2min. and restaurants are all within a 5min radius.

Only one very small window, no blinds and loud as it faces a backstreet filled with restaurants. Apartment is very humid, we hung up a towel in front of the windows to function as a curtain. Next morning, the towel was soaking wet. Nothing will in that apartment. Shower and some mould in it, not surprising with the dampness. Beds were short and not suited for people over 6"2.

Great place for four people!

Air-conditioning is cool! We visited at 35 degrees weather, and whenever we entered the apartment, cool air greeted us. Apartment access very easy, open the front door and you are on pedestrian street. Clean place, great for four people. Kitchen appliances, washing machine, spacious bathroom. Wifi works great.

The only minus is that cell-phone signal doesn’t reach from front door longer. This is understandable for ground-floor concrete apartment like this. But strong wifi worked it out.

The registration process was cumbersome. Was difficult to freshen the air in the room.

Comfortable "Cave" in the centre of the town

Amazing location, lots of restaurants right outside your door, and a few minutes walk to the beach. The cave is self contained so you could cook hear as well. Air conditioned and wi fi was great. I booked a 2nd night. You must visit the ancient village and the caves.

Posizione centrale, caratteristica soluzione, kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato con un piccolo necessario per una piccola colazione, tableau con le spiegazioni dei servizi bene in vista, lavatrice, tutto il necessario per la cucina e soprattutto disponibilità massima del gestore! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa

Sicuramente la posizione ottimale in pieno centro con il mare a 2 minuti a piedi e tutti i locali ristoranti a un passo

Casa sporca se camminavo scalzo dopo 10 passi avevo i piedi neri…. E poi l’umidità della casa…. Se dovete fare un o massimo due notti può andare bene per il prezzo pagato

La posizione dell'appartamento?

Il riscaldamento effettuato con la pompa di calore del condizionatore non è assolutamente sufficiente. Ci vorrebbe almeno un calorifero elettrico in bagno. L'odore di chiuso persistente che non se ne vuole andare. Evidentemente viene aperto poco come appartamento. Il fatto che non ci fosse nessuno a riceverci, nonostante sia un obbligo di legge. Io ho provveduto a segnalare alla polizia municipale di Pietra Ligure il fatto.
