3 floor townhouse apartment. 1st beach line. Private pool. Spectacular beach views. Virgin and protected sand dunes. Water quality: Blue Flag (European beach award).
It is an apartment with a private pool, porch, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 terraces to enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and a good breakfast with sea views.
An idyllic place

Important points to bear in mind:
Water: We advise you not to drink tap water and to use bottled water for drinking and cooking.
During your stay, there may be a lack of water supply due to external faults.
Electricity: We advise you not to have too many electronic devices at the same time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, radiators...), as there may be an overload of energy and the electricity may go out.
As for the condition of certain furniture, appliances, electrical appliances, grilles and similar items, they may be affected by the salinity and the proximity to the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, pans ...) as well as bathroom utensils (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and gel). We can also find furniture and appliances (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher ...) for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The living-dining room has a flat TV as well as the main room. The bathroom on the second floor has a bidet and bathtub.
As for the rooms, each one has individual air conditioning. The double room has a terrace with the most special corner of the house. It has a chill out area to spend pleasant summer afternoons reading a book, sunbathing and enjoying the views and the sea breeze.
The porch also offers a fridge and freezer as well as an utility cupboard and sink to make meals while enjoying the breeze and the pool.

The townhouse is located in a quiet and residential area. The area offers a very pleasant square with benches and a tree area where you can go out to play with the children as it is pedestrianized.

El Marjal (protected area of great natural beauty and viewpoint), Sagunto Castle and the lively beaches of Canet de Berenger that have beach bars and a summer market on the seafront
Less than 15 minutes on foot, and less than 5 minutes by car from a Pharmacy
Near the apartment there are bus stops in order to move about to Sagunto, Puerto de Sagunto and Canet de Berenguer.

Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis la terrasse du salon, la piscine et sa terrasse au rez-de-chaussée. La maison est bien équipée. Merci à Maria et José Luis pour avoir répondu à nos demandes avec tant de gentillesse !

Hemos pasado unos días geniales.
El alojamiento es como en las fotos, muy cuidado, en primerísima línea de playa con el plus de la piscina y terrazas al aire libre.
La urbanización es muy tranquila, ideal para pasar unos días de descanso.
Por poner un pero, la playa en esa zona es de piedras pero tiene un baño muy agradable.
Si volviera por la zona sin duda intentaría que fuera en este alojamiento.
