About this villa rental
Villa Violet presents the west part of the twin house. Its interior is located few meters further from the sea front, than the other east part of the twin house (villa Rosemary). There are 2 private heated pools, one per each villa.
The car parking (for 2 cars) is located on the south side of the house courtyard. The terrace with bbq is located next to the pool , on the north side of the house. The pool of villa Violet is a standard shape.
The interior is of both units/villas Rosemary and Violet is the same, and is described in the main presentation of the whole object, below.
Inverter AC is located in each room.
Villas Rosemary & Violet are situated in a beautiful location by the sea, on a pebble beach, where you will hear the gentle sound of the waves and the singing of local birds from Your room. The rooms are facing the garden and pool, all day you have a beautiful view on the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The villa is located only 1 km from Supetar. Supetar is a beautiful place with character, with delightful narrow streets, stone houses, colorful boats,as well as bars and restaurants. All this is located just 15 minutes walk away from the villas. Visit restaurants such as "Palute" and "Lukin", where you can enjoy a wide range of meat and fish specialties enjoying at the same time a glass of one of Croatian wines such as Plavac or Pošip. The wide choice of shops and delicatessens can be found offering daily fresh products, fruits and vegetables. Just 30 meters away from villa there is a restaurant "Punta" where one can enjoy his dinner along with the beautiful sunset.
Walking 30 meters from the villas takes you to the larger beach, and a 2 km promenade that passes below few Hotels such as Hotel Bračka Perla, which has also a wellness center. Supermarket and sports (tennis) are 4 min away on foot!
The highest peak on Brač is Vidova gora- only 25 min. driving away, with a wonderful restaurant on top with a terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view on the surrounding islands. On the south side of the island, about 45 minutes away lies Bol with its famous beach Zlatni rat, with a lot of water sports facilities. In the west, about 20 minutes, there is a beautiful old town of Milna with a good selection of restaurants.
The Villa is built in a modern Mediterranean marine style with modern and high quality furniture. On the west side you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In front of each villa there is a swimming pool (7m x 3m) with roman steps and solar outdoor shower, also there is a garden with rosemary and lavender. The terrace, next to the pool, is facing the sea and contains a barbecue, dining table and chairs.
5 sunbeds are available for each villa unit, and can be moved around the garden terrace.
The garden takes You to the ground floor where there is a spacious living room with dining area and fireplace. In the living room there is a sofa, chair, table and chairs for 6 people, as well as SMART TV, DVD, WI-FI, and a coffee table. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove.
In addition to the kitchen and living room on this level there is also a separate toilet with the washing machine.
The capacity of each villa is 4 +1. Bedrooms are located on the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a second bedroom with twin beds and one extra bed which is pulled out. Each room has its own bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Niko's place. To start, Niko was incredibly communicative and friendly. Check in and out was easy. The location was prime. We loved having the heated pool, the distance to the downtown area and the restaurant next door. The air conditioning worked great. The inside was a tad outdated and we had some ants inside at the beginning but that was par with the season and Niko was quick to rectify the situation and we had no issues after! We stayed with our 3.5yo who loved it! Would recommend.

Family of 4 - great to have a pool and be so close to the beach and water sports.
Restaurant Punta is right next door, the staff and food is excellent and very handy for an ice cream!
Supetar is lovely, small harbour with a good selection of restaurants.
The only recommendation would be more glasses and bowls in the cupboards.

Can’t fault the view, absolutely beautiful and sunset facing as an unexpected bonus. Pool was smallish but fairly deep and lovely for when the wind/waves got up in the afternoon. Nice private terrace, also a small balcony off the master bedroom where the view is superb. Next door restaurant great and as a bonus they will even deliver.
Inside the property is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, but some fittings are a bit tired and in need of repair. We had a couple of slightly cooler evenings and strangely no bed blankets/throws are provided, only sheets (plus one throw on the master bed). Owner declined to supply, so we had to buy a beach towel for a child to use as a blanket (putting the heating on in August would have been way too much!), and also use a sofa throw. A few light bed throws at least would be standard.
Some noise from the surrounding resorts, especially loud and late (1am) on one night, keeping the children awake. But not too bad given in holiday mode, although hadn’t appreciated how built up the area was.
All in all 5 stars for the fantastic location and pool/patio area, but unfortunately the inside repair and comfort doesn’t match the price tag so brings it down to a 3.5/4 star for us.

Each evening we were blessed with the best view over the horizon to watch the sunset. An amazing property with easy access to the restaurants. So lucky to have the picn of swimming in the sea or our own pool all a few steps away. The owner met us on the first day to recommend a few ‘must do’ things on the island and offer and friendly welcome.
The house is amazing with lush bathrooms and everything you need
