Good except for cold showers and front desk not very attentive. Did not answer phone when called. Took a bit to come to

Clean, well kept

Could not get WiFi signal (consumer cellular). Also pending visa bill is $497 whereas bill should be $447. Hopefully actual charge will be $447.

Easy access to 26 west. Close to nice eating downtown Weaverville

TV would not get any of the HBO CHANNELS nor would it get CBS NETWORK...when I inquired with front desk...no idea, no solution, nothing ! Had to get a blow dryer for wife to get finished dressing.

The Fairfield Inn is a very nice with lots of extras for guests.

Pool, fitness facilities, newness and location of hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The design of the king bedroom was not well done. The closet is tiny and nearly filled with an ironing board. The small drawers in the dresser weren’t much better.

I would have liked a discount for a weekly stay.

Perfect location. Safe area, friendly housekeepers.

The phone table in my room was sticky. I was given cleaning supplies to clean it. One manager was rude when I asked for clean towels and trash to be taken out. It was noon and she told me all housekeepers were gone, even restating after I just told her I saw a cart in the hallway. I didn’t want to knock on the door she was cleaning, as I didn’t want to startle her. My towels were replaced upon my return. All other staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was awesome and clean, well attended. Design of facility great! Positive was indoor pool!

There was no housekeeping on the week-end, our trash was overflowing by Monday morning(3 people). Otherwise, great experience.
