L’emplacement est super ! Et l’appartement est confortable.
L’accès au parking est vraiment pas commode L’appartement est très vieillot et les équipements électroménagers sont très vieux / particulièrement le frigo qui est petit et ferme mal. La moquette outre année peu hygiénique

L'emplacement de la résidence.
L'état très vieillot et peu ou pas entretenu de cet appartement, il doit y en avoir des rénovés qui sont sûrement plus agréables dans la résidence, malheureusement celui-ci est quasiment en état d'origine vintage, en plus du ménage qui plus que succinct, de l'électroménager hors d'âge, du réfrigérateur de "camping" par sa taille ridicule pour un appartement de 8 prs, celui de mon camping car pour 2 est plus grand! Les lits sont des "boîtes" en aggloméré fait maison, sans sommier (une planche sous le matelas !) Le box en sous-sol est plein de planches et autre bazar...
