About this bed and breakfast
A peaceful garden guesthouse in the heart of downtown. This property has a lot to offer if you would like to experience Wilmington's Downtown and Beaches but still would like to unwind somewhere a bit more peaceful.
We offer a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils you may need. A Nespresso machine is available to enjoy cafe quality coffee and espresso while sitting on the covered porch or out in the garden.
The gardens and outdoor seating are yours to enjoy while staying as our guests.
The space
Our 1940's guesthouse is located in the heart of downtown. We have tried to maintain the historic charm with slight modern renovations. This guesthouse is only accessible by climbing 13 stairs. If pre- arranged we can help assist with luggage needs. Downtown city noise is to be expected from time to time as well as airplane noise. We have keypads installed for effortless arrivals.
Other things to note
The windows are not meant to be open. Do to there age and layers of paint, opening the windows can be dangerous. If you would like some fresh air, we have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Abiding by this will ensure that the house stays cool if you wish, and the bugs stay out.

Close to downtown. Had everything my family of four needed. Would stay here again. The cute little dog visited us a couple of times in the yard. He was really cool and friendly! We really loved our stay. Thank you!

I liked the privacy, the landscape& the inside of the apartment. I liked walking to all the shops, Restaurants & waterfront. Easy drive to beach. Drive down some other streets to more shops & restaurants.

We really enjoyed both the house and the garden! Very clean inside, and the outside property is beautiful to spend time in. Easily walkable to anything downtown, but also nicely back a few blocks in a neighborhood. It was a cozy spot for our small family, and we would definitely stay again!

very sweet little place! Bed was comfortable and Nesspresso machine was a nice added touch. Convenient location. needed to use sound machine to cover up sound from neighbors late night parting but we would stay here again
