Unlike any of our previous hotels in Italy, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to assist.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to assist us. Hotel is very close to a bus stop if you don't have your own transport.

Unfortunately the pool was not available (weather was windy) Some forniture/details could be fixed (bathroom light, holders, switch mask, the card didn’t work at first but this was fixed immediately) Maybe a bit pricey in my opinion (considering the genius 2 discount)

Absolutely not customer-oriented!

Absolutely not customer-oriented, the manager allows himself to interrupt and shout at the guest, instead of correcting the situation, bad breakfast, Wi-Fi does not work in the room at all, the photos of the room do not correspond to reality. I booked a Deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child, which was shown with a sofa in the photo, expecting that my three-year-old child would sleep there. But after checking in, there was no sofa in the room. It was already late, I didn't want to take a long time to figure out why, so I just asked for a cot. I was told that at 10 p.m. they could no longer place an extra bed. Then I asked for a room with a sofa, which I had booked. The receptionist (who was the only nice person there) called the manager. The manager did not want to listen to me at all, interrupted and shouted. It was not just inhospitable, it was very disrespectful to behave like that. All he shouted to me was that a room with a sofa is a different category - a triple room. To my question, then why are these photos listed as a deluxe room, he did not answer, no wonder, because he did not pay attention to what I was saying at all. It was already late, my child wanted to sleep, so I simply did not continue to waste time on a very ill-mannered manager and we went to sleep, the three of us in one bed. If you want hospitality and a pleasant attitude towards you, then this is not about this hotel.

Very good

The hotel was a fantastic location and near to a lovely traditional restaurant. All staff were extremely helpful during our entire stay which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Good communication and helpful when we needed to book a taxi. The pool is fantastic and staff clearly care a lot about keeping it to an excellent standard. Thank you.

It would be even better if there were tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Perhaps a wider breakfast option... We didn't actually have breakfast due to some previous reviews saying it was limited.

Would come again

The room was very neat, the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was enormous, for my standards, and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was, although a bit small and pricey, delicious and had good coffee. From the looks of it, the pool would have been nice, but we didn't use it. There was a lot of parking space. We had dinner in a Pizzeria right around the corner, which was delicious. There would also have been a bar, reachable in 1 minute per foot.

The drain in the shower didn't work properly. Some basic building elements were a little off, like big gaps in the corner of the walls, but that's whining on a high level. Breakfast was a little expensive with 4,50€ for a croissant, coffee and a glass of juice.

Hotel is great. Rooms are big, bathroom also, everything is extra clean! Two options for breakfast (small and big) with typical italian ingredients - croissant, coffee, juice, if you take the big one, you get yogurt, cereals, cheese/ham toast. The staff is very friendly.

Amazing stay at Hotel Gran San Vito

Where to start. There was a bit of confusion in booking as they are new to bookingcom. We found correct telephone number on google and confirmed our late arrival. Very warm welcome, despite our late arrival. Hotel GSV is a stunning hotel very close to everything in Valpolicella, and in very peacefull area. All so clean and spacious. Rooms are very large, bathroom new, clean, warm and very large. Wi-Fi fast and easy to get. Beds very comfy, excellent breakfast. But a part great hotel, things that makes difference between great and amazing hotel is the people that work there. Loved all of them. Enjoyed every minute of the stay, and highly recommend anybody visiting Valpolicella to stay there. You will fell in love with it. Thank you again for a lovely stay. I will be back.

Sorpresa in Valpolicella!

Struttura molto pulita con spazi in comune molto ampi e camere comode. Ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, una sistemazione ideale per soste di lavoro e non solo. Due piscine esterne molto belle che in estate dovrebbero dare un tocco di completa godibilità al soggiorno. Il personale e la proprietà accoglienti e disponibili anche perché, essendo un centro di formazione per gli operatori di settore, non possono che dare esempio di eccellenza. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel carino, non in linea con i 4 stelle, l'arredamento era sbeccato qua e là, il muro in bagno non era dipinto in maniera adeguata. Il personale era molto cordiale.

Attenzione agli accordi presi a voce perché non valgono nulla. Mi avevano accordato la colazione inclusa, nonostante su booking non ci fosse l'opzione. Avevo parlato con qualcuno al telefono ma poi, arrivata al momento di consumare la colazione, è risultata non inclusa ed era da pagare a parte. 12 euro a persona. Su booking c'era la possibilità di avere una culla per neonati gratuita, al momento della richiesta mi hanno chiesto 10 euro in più per la culla, che ho quindi rifiutato. In ultimo, una receptionist non è riuscita a farmi un duplicato della chiave della stanza perché non aveva accesso al PC, perché non aveva la password. Lei gentilissima e disponibile ma è piuttosto inaccettabile che i dipendenti non dispongano delle password del PC dell'hotel.

الفندق ليس بمستوى اربع نجوم عندما وصلنا لم يكن هناك ادوات صنع القهوة ولا مياه شرب والهاتف لايعمل وعندما تريد شي يجب ان تذهب للاستقبال حيث ان الهاتف لايعمل ، لايوجد مناديل داخل الغرف فقط مناديل الحمام ، لايوجد عربة لنقل الأمتعة ولا خدمة لنقل الأمتعة ولايوجد موظف استقبال يوجد شخص واحد يقوم بتغطية العمل بين فندقين بالقرب من بعض لايوجد نعال الفرش بين الممرات غير نظيف الغرف يوجد كتابة على الجدران مكان الافطار غير لأئق ولا يمثل فندق اربع نجوم ورائحة غير مقبولة ولا يوجد افطار يمثل فندق اربع نجوم عندما تريد ماء يوجد ثلاجة بقالات مغلقة تباع الماء ب2 يورور موقع الفندق بعيد عن فيرونا لم اشاهد كميرات امنية في الفندق سواء في الخارج او الداخل ولم يكن مستوى الفندق كما هي الصور في booking والتقييم الصحيح للفندق هو 5

Останахме много доволни от престоя си в този хотел. Стаите са просторни, светли и изключително чисти – всичко беше поддържано в отлично състояние. Интериорът е модерен, но уютен, а леглата – комфортни и удобни за пълноценна почивка. Едно от най-големите предимства е огромният паркинг – удобство, което не се среща често. Не сме имали абсолютно никакви затруднения с паркирането. Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив – реагираха бързо и професионално на всяко наше запитване. Още с посрещането ни почувствахме гостоприемство и внимание към детайла. Локацията също е удобна – на спокойно място, но с лесен достъп до центъра и основните забележителности. Препоръчвам този хотел както за туристически, така и за служебни пътувания. Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново при следващо посещение във Верона!

Закуската не беше включена в цената. Освен това локацията не е особено удобна – намира се доста далеч от центъра на Верона, което налага ползване на автомобил или обществен транспорт, особено ако планирате туристическо разглеждане. Тези детайли със сигурност трябва да се вземат предвид при резервация.

Die Gegend war abgelegen aber sehr schön

Achtung wenn ihr wegen dem Pool da hin fährt der Pool kostet am Tag pro Person 10€ und eine liege und ein Schirm 5€ und dann musst du eine Schwimmhaube anziehen die kostet 5 Euro wenn ihr die nicht nehmt geht der Bademeister zum Hotel Direktor und lässt euch raus schmeißen so wurden wir bedroht auch wenn dein klein Kind oder Baby das nicht tragen möchte (wo ich verstehe das kann man nicht zumuten) Frühstück ja da hab Brot / Wurst /marmalade/ aber schön gedeckt oder so ist es nicht !

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit Fehlalarmen

Das Personal war weitestgehend freundlich, aber insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage leider schon hinter sich. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas veraltet und es gab ständig Fehlalarme der Rauchmeldeanlage, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr störte. Zum Glück waren wir nur zwei Nächte da. Es gibt zwar einen Pool, aber leider konnten wir diesen nicht testen, da kein Wasser drin war. Beim Check-in wurde behauptet, wir hätten ohne Frühstück gebucht, was ich erst mit meiner Buchungsbestätigung richtigstellen musste.
